No Compression?????

I took my new(ebay) Marders engine out before and when I rotated the flywheel the engine seemed so loose! theres virtually no compression in it and the fly wheel spun with little resistance! yet when i run it the mill sounds strong and it hits top end quickly?
Anyone have any idea if its meant to be like this as my MT and Marder Beetles engines have a ton of compression there.

That's all I would do with that, there is no reason to put a big bore kit on it, The car doesn't need it! The 23cc in Meli's Mutilator is about retarded as far as power and all it has is an X-can... I couldn't imagine it with a pipe!!
