No decals or window masks with my new MT?

Do you mean you bought a new body?????? They don't come with window mask but they come with a decal sheet.

No I bought the whole truck with clear body.

They don't come with window masks, but normally a decal sheet. Just give Redcat a call I'm sure they'll be happy to send you one out.

Oh ok yea you should have gotten a decal sheet Redcat should straiten you out with a new decal sheet.

I went to throw the box away and found it in the bottom cardboard flap......decaks no window masks.

Yes you can use liquid mask on the windows.
