Got our first look at the new proposed bash site today.

Just got to iron out a few things, such as planning permission and which part of the field to build the track.
We've got the Farmers ok to do whatever we what in the way of track and jumps etc...

As you can see from the short vid we only went to have a quick look/run, once we start we will all be going in the same direction..:lol:
The road to the field is abit boggy at the mo too, but the farmer is going to lay some Hardcore for us and make a small parking area too..

Its all looking good so far..

Now for the clean up operation.

Yep the area should be ideal, even after all the rain we've had the ground was ok, the only really boggy areas were the roads in and out due to the tractors and such.

The car looks like it is due to the grass being a bit scruffy and damp but once we run and build the track it should be better and cleaner to run on..

thats wat i like to hear some posotive comments.
i didnt think a few of the lads wer impressed by saying we can go to deeside still.
it will take time but with the space weve got it could and will be fantastic.

but we need to be paitent.

Jon,I said we can still use Deeside because we don't have Planning Permission yet and are only on there 14 time a years so far.So a week there and a week in Deeside that should sort it till we get permission because I cant see Deeside lasting much longer.

Is the famer able/willing to loan a machine to build jumps for the bashing or should I say free running/freestyle area and are you going to astro turf the race track?

sometimes deeside will have to be used, maybe after heavy rain the new site could be waterloged and turn into a mudbath , deeside drains well after rain so is a good 2nd home for people to bash on.
