I put a #11 & #12 metric size o-ring in each drive cup. That's front/rear output shafts & then the axle dog bone cups. They took the slop completely out. Anyone else doing this? Anything I should keep an eye on?

On a side note, anyone else notice we work on these things even when they're not broken? Lmao. I was this same way w/atv's lol.

I did it to stop to & fro motion. I feel that can contribute to binding. Well, I guess doing this can cause a bind too. I don't know, it was just something to do I guess. I was putting grease in the diff cases & was there.

Does it make a difference or is it just something that bothers you
It keeps them centered. If the dogbone is all the way in on one side it is towards the out side of the opposite cup. This increases the chance of breaking the cup.
