I got the "6021" - Full Mod Zenoah 30.5cc 4 Bolt Engine

Full Mod - Our top of the line engines.

The full mod 30.5cc has proven to be one of the most popular engines we build. With the higher reliability of the 4 bolt Zenoah engines we were able to achieve more power with out sacrificing reliability. We put all of the knowledge that we have picked up from years of dyno and field testing and came up with a monster. To start we completely tear down the engines and perform the following modifications:

1. Machine combustion chamber for a proper squish clearance without stacking cylinder gaskets

2. Reshape piston

3. Lighten piston

4. Relieve piston to prevent seizes

5. Modify intake port for better flow

6. Adjust intake duration to our specs

7. Resurface all ports

8. Modify transfer ports for better flow

9. Enlarge and reshape exhaust port

10. Adjust exhaust duration to our specs

11. Remove stock crank and install 2mm stuffed crank

12. Install all new gaskets and c-clips when engine is assembled

13. Re-bevel all porting and stock bevels to prevent damage to the piston and/or cylinder

I just sent in my OBR Prostock 29.5 to have converted to a Long Rod. I will post my thoughts when I get it back and some tanks thru it. The ProStock is also a great motor and I never had an issue with it....It has awesome power also.......

I'm looking at 1713 the 30.5cc full mod long rod motor was also wondering when replacing the stock motor in my XB is there any mods i need to make for this new motor to fit I noticed they list a clutch housing and a clutch plate option below are these needed as well?

They are a direct bolt in. You don't need the TR/OBR clutch housing. Just your stock clutch bell. And you are good to go!

The 30.5 will provide more torque. I know the 29.5 hits over 20k rpms

You need to use a CY cover for a direct bolt in. If you use the zen cover you will have to re-drill the holes in the chassis under the pull starter. Don't try to use the zen clutch bell. It looks like it will fit but it will bind. If you are buying a complete motor they will install a CY cover on it if you ask. Then it will bolt up.

Thanks for the info everybody I know what my christmas present to myself is gonna be this year

When taking to Sean at OBR he said the 27.2 FMLR will give the most Rpms if I remember correctly.
