I would like to have some opinions on dogbone pins. green loctite doesn't work, drilling and installing a set screw doesn't work we are all on a budget and i cant spend a few hundred dollars for mcd bones. This is my only flaw right now my redcat runs better and is stronger than any HPI out there but i cant keep the pins in.

how many have you lost? i have'nt lost any. i would sugjest buying a few redcat shafts and keeping some on hand. the mcd's are the best, but around $20 per peice. are they the older ones? the new ones are supposed to be tighter.

Do you know when they changed over?? Or any other changes that may let the new owners know they have a newer truck?

Tried that Green locktite too and the pins came out after a couple runs. I used the red locktite and those things aren't coming out now unless I use some high heat:D;)
