i have several fms planes. the electronics suck but if you add your own they are great! i got mine from nitroplanes.com. great price too!
I'm a complete noob to jet rc or planes :D The last time I've flown one, I was not able to keep it in the air that long. My first rc plane was a cheap huge Boeing with four propeller. It flew from my hand and did a nose dive into the ground LOL. I returned it and got my money back LOL :D One day I would love to master these RC planes. Down side is once you crash em, most of the time its total :(

When you were saying electronics... are you talking about servos and receiver? Which upgrade electronics do you recommend for most RC planes?

I've read the foam planes take crashes pretty well. If it breaks, just glue it. Now flying a jet, completely different story. I've seen some brutal crashes on YT.

if you are really looking for a good plane,killerplanes.com crash proofs them with carbon fiber rods. best way to learn is join a club and have an instructor teach you. they even supply the plane for you to use at my field. simulators he4lp alot too!

the stuka is a foam plane. all fms are foam planes.

yes bi meant the servos and esc's. the radio's arent bad tho.they look simalair to the flysky

best starter planes are high wing planes like cub or Cessna 182 and single motor.
What I'm looking for is this type of air frame but maybe a type of light weight plastic instead of foam? The reason I like it is because I like the way the engine is inside the body :D I guess what I mean is this body frame seems sturdy and able to withstand multiple crash. Your thoughts? Which plane do you recommend for best trainer and jet? :D I know its a stupid question but its just a question :D

OMG killerplanes are that good? I might buy one... do you recommend any upgrade or are they decent from factory? What exactly do they mean by crash proof? It will never break?

they re-enforce the wings and main body with carbon fiber to reduce damage when you crash.

watch their video's on the web site and you-tube.jets aren't for beginners to start on!

this is the plane to start on lol

I'm going to take the risk Cherry.... I have a feeling I'll be able to fly the P-51 :D I will be gradual with it the first 20 flight... then will get more aggressive with it. I think I'm a fast learner so we'll see.... I just don't like the look of a trainer :( When I do get the P51 kit with crash proof... and have flown it, will update you if I fail or was successful :D LOL!

My question to you Cherry is on killer's site I wonder if the controller that they offer comes with the battery display?

Post pics of the crash if it happens!
LMAO!! :D Deluge, if I was to spend $400 on a plane... I will do anything in my power to not crash it. Especially when I'm trying to get the feel of the plane :D ... but I will try to capture the crash :D
