Got there mid arm kit and also got there cups and bones.
There kit is so confusing but almost finished putting the
last of the parts on.

Putting the pins into the dogbone and there own F@#king!!
grub scruws wont fit but two of them did fit but the rest
didnt... And one of them are stuck! Sooo now i need one new
dogbone and try to get in touch with FLM but how the hell
do i when they don't pick up there phone or read emails!

Grannies and eggs I know, but are you SURE they won't fit?
They may be very tight?
Perhaps try a used screw of the 'same size' as the grub and see if you can loosen the thread a little?
Perhaps try the reverse with the grub into a used thread.

What you said above i tryed it all and no luck!

The holes are to small in the 2nd bone i did, the 1st
bone was great with no probs.

I really tryed to fit them in and now there stuck half
way and wont come out.. A real PITA

I don't have the right tools at home to sort this and if
anyone wants ago at sorting it out or making the holes
bigger.. Be my guest i will send them to you. :D

Or just buy new ones..
 
TBH Andy, I fitted FLM bulkheads to my modded E-Maxx years ago, and the hinge pin diameter for one of them was, well, WRONG!!

I had to drill it out. Same sort of problem. Unfortunate as the general quality of their products is excellent!
