Part# 50024 Upgrade Needed

Just any will do. Nothing special. It just helps keep the set screw in one place. Any dremel tip that will leave a low spot will work.

I see, be creative and cut or dremel to where I think will eliminate it from moving

Yep. Just a dimple large enough to catch the set screw.

Guys been gone for a while, has there been any new update to solving this issue of Part# 50024 from being chew up by the set screw during acceleration and braking? Something Ol farte has created or updated pulley and or demon's drive belt that have already eleminated this? Please let me know, I was just wondering.

No new parts to speak of....

I make a small dimple in the flats on the shafts. Make sure the set screws are tightened into the dimple, red locktite as the clutch shaft gets pretty warm.
