Looks like from normal use this part doesn't hold up too well.... is there a upgrade version made of titanium or steel? Is this common for this to happen? Please share with me and help me with a solution...

I notice it was loose and wobbly so I took it apart to inspect. This is what I find.....

No up grade part that I know of. That does look stripped. You could use your dremel and grind down the flats so the set screws have something to grab.

looks like the set screw backed out a little and rattled around be sure you locktite the grub screw onto the flat.
I loctite it with blue :D and I also made sure it was aligned with the flat on both side too :D I think it take all the beating from braking and accelerating.....

No upgrades for it. You need a new one, for sure. That's what happens when you run big boy engines. The drivetrain takes a beating.
I see.... so do you have to change yours every now and then Deluge?

Yep. I've replaced a few.
I think what causes this is acceleration and braking right? Do you think super tightening the set screw with blue or red loctite for the pulley on this shaft will helps in prolonging this result?

More than likely it's the result of gunning it off the line. Loctite would help, for sure.
