Tiers Bilding Tips.
Read on other thread a vary good way to build the tiers. This will help reduce tier ballooning to a grate level.
1- Glow the foam to the rime.
2- Use a tape that have some sort of fabric waving in it (for strength), and stick it to the inner surface of the tire.
3- Fit the tier to the rime.
4- Optimal you can use thin double side tape between the tier and foam (this will make tier fitting over the rime and foam vary difficult).
