Pinion gear choice (Taylor 35 Reed V2)

Hi guys, just awaiting delivery of a taylor 35 reed v2, atm my 5T has a 19T pinion & im very happy with it low end which is what i want, but top end it does lack a little (im only running a stock zen with tuned pipe). But im wondering now im getting a modded engine that will add more power etc, im thinking of maybe going to a 20 or even 21 for a bit more top end speed, any thoughts as i really don't want to sacrafice the bottom end, should i just go with a 20?

This a v1 or a 2.0? V1 I ran a 20/58. 2.0 i ran a 21/62. Neither will suffer bottom end sluggish behavior with either of those pinions.
