Pipe question ?

I just picked up a used xt and the pipe is just hanging on the shook tower riged with some cable . Where is the proper mounting location and mounts for this pipe it the one with the dual outlets?

There are two wire l hanger brackets which attach to the rear shock tower. You can find them on amazon.
