ok, I made my first thread in the newbie section so now its time to get to business. I'm looking for a good pipe for the 5ive. I know that the pipes out there are good quality but im looking for performance. I know of Flowsystem, Jetpro and Bartolone. have any of you out there have experiance with these pipes.
I'm not to hip on the Flowsystems flashing around the pipe, figured they would grind that off and make it smooth for 300 bucks. I race Banshee's and have custom sheeres on it and they were 600 for both pipes, and they are all good chrome and smooth as hell, so I know what good pipes should look like. I do love the sound of the Flowsystem though, and the quality looks great not to mention the bottem to mid range that this pipe is supposed to give.
Now for the Jetpro pipe. I like the look for the pipe and the mid to top end from what I have heard is suposed to be nice, but I don't like the silicone coupler from the motor to the exhaust pipe. Remindes me of a 1/10 stadium truck. But the pipe it's self look quality.
The Bartolone pipe look fantastic and the pipe looks and sounds like performance. I don't know where the powerband for this pipe is. I have been looking it up on youtube but I can't really tell. But once again it has a silicone coupler. I know that that shouln't be a big deal but I have had bad experiances with the silicone couplers comming off a lot.
If any of you out there can help me with some facts about these pipes by personal experiance not second or third had or I know a guy type answers and yes I know that i am guility of these type of answers, but i'm trying to get some facts before I spend 300 bucks. When I get a pipe I'll do a review on it. Not like my review means anything but at least it will help the next guy.
