So .....
After the fiasco of the British F1 GP, Pirelli say ....
IT'S THE TEAM'S FAULT, BUT THEY'LL MAKE THE TYRES STRONGER ANYWAY!

Problem is that the tyres are asymmetric, stronger on the outside, but some are putting them the other way around, and most/all are running under the recommended pressures ....
HOW?

Aren't there Pirelli engineers all over the pits to ADVISE the teams?
If the OUTER walls were stronger, and the teams were mounting the tyres back-to-front then how come they were failing on the inside? .....

The final NEW compound will not be asymmetric, stronger, with this season's high grip compounds ...
Sounds like things are going to speed up again !!

There might be light after all the darkness!

Now Lewis is saying 'better but, erm, we'll see' .....
He's not getting any extra support from any of the other drivers just yet ...
If it was really bad I'm sure JB and Mark W would be saying something .... so it's probably games ahoy.
Interesting that one of the main blocking teams, obviously with no sway on Jean Todt, Ferrari no less, had one of their drivers being very vocal. Alonso.

I would LOVE to see what the RB, Ferrari and Merc could do driven at 90-95%, not '80%' as they're saying.

I reckon Pirelli stay, but a bit of competition is brought in - like Michelin again.
At least they would 'man up' and not participate if they thought their tyres weren't up to it, like they did that fabled - and bad - Indy race.
Also, the lap times would approach record pace again, which is what I want.
