I've got the Losi 5ive-T 1.5 version with the CY 29cc Dynamite engine. Yesterday, I was driving the rig when the engine completely seized. The flywheel would not turn at all. I took the engine apart and found that the piston is completely stuck inside the combustion chamber. Any ideas how to get it out?

Cant Touch This Hammer Time GIF by Game Two

Both the piston and cylinder need to be replaced so, have at it. Tap the cylinder base with a hammer or secure the cylinder in a vise an yank the crankcase. Be careful with twisting and you should be able to salvage the bottom end and rod.

all of the above ☝️,
top ends toast so tappity tap tap time,
you could try tapping from above with a piece of alloy bar down the plug hole as well, but go gently ish in case you punch a hole in the piston,
try heating the top end with a heat gun, then tap away from top or bottom (your choice) you may get lucky and some heat may help release the seized piston,
use some leather gloves if you do heat it so ya don't burn yer hands,
you may have to work the piston up and down a bit, depends how much piston is smeared up the bore,

You lean seized the engine, either by not allowing it to warm up or improper amount of oil in your gas.

The engine also looks to be in poor shape as well, it could just be its time to die.
It's pretty old. Probably just time to put the 'ol Chung Yang out to pasture.
