Ok not bashing just asking. BUT have just been breaking in machine and now the front shock tower brace has broken. TRUCK came with broken rear hub .also. Service is great but any ideas now what to replace this part with its the buggy

I replaced mine with parts from full force rc and golden horizon. Or you can order parts for a HPI Baja 5b, should bolt right on. HPI plastic is more forgiving, take more abuse than king motor.

The multi-piece rear hubs have always been problematic, even on the hpi models. The one piece ones from the 5sc are much stronger, or for a few dollars more you can go with one piece alloys from km. My ksrc-02 came with both hubs broken. Dan replaced them but after I broke them running it I went with aluminum one piece hubs.

The hostiles are the best bud, I run em on my B & SC, the adjustable ones on my B & the BB ones on my sc @ 2°, on & off Rd, one of the best upgrade I have done to my rigs.

I decided to boil the arms, hubs, shock towers, and cage when I got it...it sounds crazy, but it seems to have worked. The plastic/nylon parts are more...I guess "bendy" for lack of a better term. I do know from experience that the plastics on my T1000A was very brittle at low temps. I have heard that the plastics really vary from model to model and batch to batch...I'm assuming this is due to a lax quality control. Pure speculation of course.
