building a new motor after my other ingested sand and killed it bigtime ,i,ve decided to do a bit of tuning with the new motor nothing to radical just tidy the transfer ports ,exhaust port crankcase ports and match the exhaust header pipe, oh and match the gaskets ,here,s a few pics of the crankcase more to follow.

heres a few more pics, i found the exhaust header was 2mm smaller than the exhaust port i,ve now matched it and smoothed all the ruff edge,s, the head transfer ports were ruff to say the least so used a 3mm grinding globe to take the surface off then polishing head to get them smooth then braso metal polish to finish them off, done the same on exhaust port, but not touched the inlet port thats has to be slightly ruff so i,ve read god nows why??
