Well this year no live broadcast from power jam. I called large scale rc and asked if they were going to broad cast the races they said they would call me back but they never did.So for all us guys that were looking forwad to watchg the races this is a complete flop.

As soon as we arrived they said they were having issues with transponders, so I turned around and headed back home.......

Sorry to hear that, cuz I know how bad you wanted to race.Ok the cheapest way for them to brodcast would be you tube. All that would be needed would be a camera and a lap top. They have internet there.Hpi, and losi didnt show up.The rc industry feels that power jam is to small. They have five tracks at one site, but they don't have 2000 entrys. The only hope is if large scale can get the midwest nationals. The rc industry takes in millions from us but wont do anythig for us.

As rob64n said my Transponder is the new 3 wire from MYLAPS the RC4 and they wouldn't read on large scales system and before we could get signed in it started raining so we said forget it not going to deal with another wet year :(

I went it was super fun. I was one of the guys screwed with transponders, some one else raced as "me" and made me look bad lol. My second race I was 2nd gaining fast on the leader and my transponder just went out. They told me there was nothing they could do even though I had a video of it showing I was the leader then went to second. So I should of had 2 good races but because those issues I was kinda robbed. O well I learned alot and improved alot,

I was kinda mad but it was so fun I didn't let the random crap ruin it. The sc class is super fast, and tough. The 4x4 buggy class looked to be more casual as alot of buggy guys had beers in their hands just untill they raced lol. The hpi class was putting some really fast laps but they broke alot, I should mention the 4x4 buggy qualifiers could allmost be won simply by not breaking/ crashing full speed! I have to say one flip over in a race and you are screwed in the sc class, people are good and very consistent.
