Power Tuning Brand

Peoples,
does anyone Know anything about the power tuning Brand of engines. I have what was described as a 23cc engine in the Fg comp and the seller suggested it was something more special than standard, But I have lost contact and was wondering of anyone knew of who and or what they were if anything?
I assume its a UK Europe thing but who knows
