primer bulb ?

been getting my baja ready for deeside bash ,last time i run it a week ago all was well but tonight for some reason the prime bulb would only fill up to about half? but the motor will start and run perfect, once started the prime bulb is full?

Nowt to worry about. Mine doesn't fill up but starts and runs fine

it is what it is. as long as the primer bulb isnt emptying out (sign the metering valve isnt opening far, or long enough) when running, it will be fine.

It did seem to empty today, think a new carb is on the cards as we tried to adjust the setting but with no results, now we know why.

Make sure you have the correct pipe connected to the input and output from your carb. If you have them mixed up you will still be able to run the motor but when the tank gets below a certain level the bulb will empty and your car will stall or start to run rough.
