But I don't care. What is the method of figuring out oil/fuel mixture? Like how do you figure out how much oil to put in for a 25:1 mix. I know it is 25 parts gas and 1 part oil correct? But then how does one determine the amount of oil in ounces to add to that 1 gallon of gas? I have a nice ratio rite measurer waiting but unsure as the forumla to figure it out. Thanks

Cool. I have that exact measurer I did not know it listed the 25:1 and stuff on there. I just used it for changing oil on the cars. Cool thanks.

25 to one is 5.12 ounces per gallon. 128 ounces in a gallon then divide it by your mix number. In this case 25

It doesn't actually have 25:1 but 24 is close enough, or you can go the next lower & you'll be safe. I've been using ratio rites since I was 6 or 7. That was a long damn time ago!
