Problem starting the engine

I have been trying to start my engine for a while now..
i have been suspect an air leak for a while.. Re built my engine twice..
Today i noticed two things.. air going up in the fuel line from the tank and
The bottom side of the carb dripping wet..
What coul it be??
Getting good spark

You rebuilt the engine but what about the carb? 99% of time it's carb related.

Did you also replace the front and rear crankcase seals?
