Haven't fired up the 45cc for a while when I did today I noticed

Blowback through the carb
Dead steering servo
And a faulty switchblade killswitch
Stripped Inspected it and found nothing piston ring was fine etc also after a full rev it idles so slow like it wants to die u less I tune it lean and with a fast idle
Fuel sat in it for a week beforehand
Any suggestions?

Firstly if you haven't already change the plug
Have you got a difference carb to try?
I don't at the moment
Contact lee and he'll sort the switch if u send it to him?I'll probably just get a new killswitch and stick a Reed on it

Sooo i'm confused, is the engine together and running or stripped currently ?

Can you describe in better detail "Blowback through the carb" ?

Fuel doesn't go bad in a week . Check the vent in your fuel cap .
Its vented I've solved it now just need to replace my killswitch thanks tho

Fixed now I put it back together and it was spitting out of the v stack so much that it wouldnt rin with the filter and I had to tune it super lean

I had a walbro carb repair kit changed the needle re adjusted the arm that connects to it and the diaphragm and no more spitting starts first time runs and idles correctly thanks for the help
Thanks for your help guys last thing left to sort out is the killswitch I'll just buy a new one obviously another switchblade this forum is helpful and the switchblade guy essv suggested I'll give him a miss because if hes willing to send out a new one if it's a free replacement it would be counter productive for him to send me one lol rcmodelz he makes a good killswitch worth spending on again
