Hello all , i would like to present my build log for my Rampage XT


-- List of Upgrades/Mods installed So Far.

Ive sent a email to VRC seeing if they wanted to work together in making a header pipe for a direct bolt in pipe for distribution.

If they don't answer back or aren't interested. ill get steel tube and weld one up. Right now the copper pipe / hose clamps work good.

I compared that battery to my killer rc Lipo pack...and I couldnt believe I considered that battery!! Don't get me wrong its a good battery but if you want a phenominal battery get the killer rc lipo!!!! and the micro splitter helps too!!
 
Nice rig.got a message from u on large scale rc the other day. Been real busy.I'll shoot u a pm and try to get something going....

I agree. No contact from VRC yet. looks like ill have to weld up a custom pipe.

Well truck died out after burning 1/8th tank. and wouldnt start.

Found out both gaskets on the carb are not keeping a seal and started leaking fuel.

Ordered up a Walbro WT-990 and a manifold with silicone gaskets.

Those are sooooooooooooooooo good.

990 Carb is in and now the car starts in 1-3 pulls every time. No bogging when flooring it . "stock carb would bog like a sick dog even with tuning"

Question , Should i paint my exhaust pipe orange or another color. Its developing surface rust :p
