putting zenoah g290rc

I guys i was thinking about putting in a zenoah g290rc into my turnigy thunderbolt 1/5 scale. what do you think. currently i just have the engine that came with it a 3 bolt

I have one waiting to go in my HPI 5t. Id like to hear anyone feedback as well.

I had a g290 in my baja with a rear dom pipe. I always run a little on the rich side and put 19/55 gear combo on it and was clocked by a cop at 55mph. I converted it to the 5t and kept the gearing the same and it still threw grass and dirt everywhere. Very reliable and great power. Throw a 813 carb on it and you'll notice a lot of extra on the bottom end.

cant comment on a stock g290 but I know what there like tuned I love mine its rapid pulls hard as a train

Had mine ported awesome power maybe too mhch for the turnigy. I love it very reliable
