I have a stock 23cc stock carb. on my tt here is the problem. When it sits and idle's for a long period of time and u try to hammer it, it goes a little and then boags and shut's off then you got to prime it like 15 times and pull your brains:) out of it to start it. On another note it runs great top and bottom sounds good plug looks good,it's only when it sits and idle's for a long period of time. any help would be great thanks.

I don't think it's a good idea to just let it idle for too long. These engines are made to run not idle. As far as I know it sounds like it's loading up with gas and when you dump more gas on top of that it floods out. If you understand what I mean. I'm sure some of the more seasoned ramp runners will chime.

yea i know that daughter race's quads and it has the same engine but a little bigger.( as in plastice around the jug) So maybe top end to fat or bottom end?

Thanks for the help guys i'll give it a try tomorrow and see how it goes just woried to blow it up fuel mix is (25/1) from to lean but i guess that will force me to buy the 28.5 kit:D

SOunds more like you need to vent your fuel tank.
I agree with that. If it does this consistantly you can try popping the fuel cap and seeing if it does it again. If it doesn't then you found the problem.

i agree, but the problem is the oil not gas, when the 2stroke motor idle`s too long the oil just wont burn and will finally shut the motor, and you have to "pull your brains out"to start it again.also check the screws that keep the carb. together and gasgets between carb. and cylinder.
