Hi folks!

I am in contact with a guy who is selling his "all-alloy" marder. i have some pics he sent me. You can find all the pics on this album

The guy asked me 450€.

The engine is modified and has 6,5hp

I would like to know what do you think about it...should i have to buy it or ask for a discount?

Hit the buy button quick :clown: Sounds like a good price considering its got all the alloy on it but obviously if you can get a discount it will be an even better deal.
 
Nice find bud, looks like its been sat for a while with all the cobwebs on it.

Just needs a good clean and new stainless screws to bling it up.

Well worth what you've bought it for. :cool2:
 
My thought exactly Jacko. If the seller had done the clean up he could have got an extra £50 for it easily. Good news for the buyer tho - you got a good deal there :clown:

Yes it has been. He told me he sell it just because now he has an enduro bike so he spend his free time on the bike. He so decided to sell the marder to have some money to spend on the bike.

I already have stainless screwz ready for it :-D

Well yes...6,5 bhp seems to much for me too, i'll see...

I asked about roll cage....just painted and there is another one (new black plastic) coming with the spare parts he gives me
 
what ever the engine is turning out you have a good buy at that price:)

sounds like a strip down of the whole car and a rebuild

check out that it has both alloy engine mounts ...that i would say is

a must have ...and plenty of metal polish:clown:

the marder is on my way :-D

the guy told me that he bought and installed a big bore kit for the zenoah, so now it is a 30.5. There is also a modified crankshaft in that kit. The cylinder that you can see as spare part is a 26cc

It has not 6.5 bhp for sure but it should be a beast anyway, don't you think?

What to say...i can't wait to try it :D
