Mechanically almost identical. Other than what you have listed and body mounts are different. Infact the Baja 1000 comes with a RR body under the Baja body to keep the debris out og the gears.
The front of the RR body is cut off at the front because the front shock tower is a little different.

Personally I like the look of the Baja 1000 better than the look of the RR.

Sort of, the front of the RR body is cut off but yes, you do get a RR body with the Baja 1000.
