My reciever antena was torn loose form the reciever, so I repaired it by soldering it, however the repair caused the antena wire to be around 1/2 inch shorter than before. Now when the truck is about 100 feet or so away the throttle servo jitters and the truck accelerates on its own. Can anyone help me out on this issue.

sure, replace the antenna wire with one of the same length....


that,s why with all antennas they need to be exact to keep the freq locked on.....
 
Ive never heard that about the Antennaes having to be the same length. :D


What kind of radio are you using Randman?
 
I am using the stock 75mhz radio for now. Thanks for the info, I will replace the antena with a new one that is the same length as the old one was.
