Yes. It varies from 125 - 130 psi.

Can't help you with compression, but another thing to check for is the idle screw, are you sure it's high enough? Also, did you check the LSN and HSN screws?

If I was you I would measure the engine for the specs you ask for. I use to build engines and use to do this type of work. Once you have those numbers you can input those numbers into a software program that will give you all the specs for the pipe(header volume and length/ cone diameter and volume/stinger length ext. If you don't already grasp what I mentioned then you will need to further educate yourself on these topics first. Hope this helps.
