Well after a week from hell - i sat down with a cider and decided i'd try to make a mud guard for the rampage to stop all the crud and crap getting into the servo's

Would be useful and a way for me to de stress :)

I made up a rough cardboard template then refined it abit onto thinner card

This was then copied onto some aluminium sheet

Most of the outer edge was cut on an hand guillotine and the rest with a cutting disc in the dremel - It was then bent on a workmate

All thats left to do is spray it in a matching blue to the rest of the truck

What you guys think ??

That is it!!!!...I have been racking my brain thinking of a way to keep some of the dirt out. That is neat, light and it looks good.I may have to get you to make one for me...lol. Also the post used for the TT body was in the right place.

Thank you

Turned out quite well in the end - bought the blue paint, so should be able to get it primed and sprayed up some time this week :)

The power of alcohol LOL :D

hey here's an idea could you make a electronic template of that cover so then people just print it then transfer is onto some aluminium

Looks like a tank on wheels. Maybe do a simple cover in the rear for aesthetics. Hell to ever putting a body on that again.
