What's up Guys. After having the Zenoah g320 stock engine in the MT for a year and a half I decided I wanted to add a little pep to its step. I bought a race ported head and piston kit from ESP for it. Should hear it run this Saturday for the break in process. I'm excited for sure!!20180419_175513.webp 20180420_203852.webp

I bought two of those head kits they were ddm deal of the day for $89. I put one on the Dunerunner last week, all I can say is wow what a difference. So I'm expecting good things lol
 
I put aluminum center diff bearing holders in mine and realized they have one end taller than the other can you tell me which eng bolts to the chassis and which bolts to the top support ? Thanks in advance man.

Yes the small side down towards chassis. There is a cut out in the chassis for the center diff crown gear
 
What could I do to my 30cc Fuelie engine for best options for more torque and how to get more Top Speed. What's the best 2-stroke oil to get online at a good price. Thanks Kevin

I'd say a good carb and pipe will give you some more power. Either a Walbro 990 or 1107 are good choices. The pipe I like the DDM racing Dominator although alot of guys use the Jetpro. Not sure your current setup. Is it stock? Where did You get a 30cc that is the older version engine for the MT.

It come on my xb I think it's a CY engine. It's a good engine fires up first crank and I done like 50 heat cycles literally no joke it has so much compression. I'm going to go with the jetpro and walbro 990 that's the first upgrade and lipo battery for receiver, factory isnt good runs down in like 15 min. Anyways thanks for the advice guys. Put some pics on after upgrades. BASH ON MY FRIENDS.

Ooo OK the XB! I am pretty sure all Redcat gassers use HY engines. They are decent engines! I have a Dunerunner with a rear mount Jetpro, it will hurt your ears pulling away full throttle lol. If you are going to use a lipo rx battery the receiver and servos need to be lipo capable too.

I also is the 25/1 with 100% gas no ethanol it's a good oil content at that ratio. By the way your car looks great I might have to go with the ddm dominator it looks good on yours. Thanks for advise. I am gonna get the wheel adapters to run on road tires I don't hit the woods too much but what's a good rim and tire that's wider and taller than my factory buggy tires.
 
Yeah I upgraded the servos both of them and I am gonna use the jetpro and I meant to put HY its that predictive tex. Lol I have the MT pipe now on it I don't like it that's why I want the jetpro. And going to get the long block kit also for it. Thanks guy's.

I like the Jetpro rear mount on the buggies. Think it adds to the buggy look. As far as wheels and tires check out Rovan rc, they have a ton of 24 mm hex wheel and tire combos that would make your buggy look cool and perform for ya. I use the Rovan wheels on the Dunerunner amd love them!!

The jetpro looks great. I want the raw finish cause my buggy is flat black and getting the headlights and taillights kit for it also. That's another reason for the lipo upgrades.

Nice Man!! Lights are always cool!! I chatted with Dino from Jetpro awhile back. He said the raw finish pipe is better, it has better reverb than the chrome ones producing more power
 
Ok thanks and yeah it has great take off torque just want more from the top-end I'm gonna tinker with the gear ratios a little. I was waiting for the 2-speed to come available I want so bad.

So the narrow front make it steering better cause right now it's like the back is pushing the front. Don't like that I'm gonna probly get them exact tires and rims. Thanks buddy for info
 
20171222_185243.webp The Stern-CNC belt drive is an option. My MT does 45 mph using this belt. I have it on the Dunerunner too in the pic. I have yet to GPS the Dunerunner since install
