So I got my new throttle / brake linkage setup... Its all correct to the same as pictures I've seen in my other thread... My brakes don't work, Is there a piece I am missing inside the cam that presses against the discs to stop on the rotors? Is there even a piece that goes there??? A diagram would be oh so helpful, My truck is 99%, Just need brakes and it'll be 100%....

Appericate the help as always...

check your book. its all in there..or you need to adjust the linkage
Not sure where my book is or I wouldnt be asking here...

My linkage is fine and adjusted proper, my breaks don't work unless I literally press on the piston to the rotor if that makes sense...

Edit: The PDF manual online here seems not that of my version 3/4 MT...

Check the grub screws behind the steel brake pads. Alot of the time they backout and the brakes go bye bye. Take them out and put them back in with alot of locktite. Personally I think the stock screws are too short. I put longer ones in with locktite and they don't move.

I'm guessing thats what happened to me then... As I have no brakes and my linkage is set perfectly and pushes the vertical piston correctly but just doesn't press against the steel plates/pads enough...

It also seems kinda loose in there, I will take it apart this afternoon and see if I cant get r fixed...

Thanks guys!

Brakes are on full time now... Think I have to adjust my linkage now, at least I hope that's all I gotta do... Frustrating...

brakes are fixed, installed a new throttle/brake servo as well... last night..

now i take it out today and its only got front wheel drive... WTF!!!
