Rampage MT diff mod?

I'm about to purchase the MT and have been reading up on the upgrades needed. My question is what would be the best mod to fix diff cups from breaking. Will 5b axles fit so I could use toobs from Darksoul? Or is their a better alternative? Thanks

You will have to make your own Toobs. I have tempered my dif cups and haven't had a failure yet. But I don't run the MT tyres as I like how they look, but they are too heavy IMO.

Start by tempering the cup.

[/ame]Then weld some steel rings to the outside of the cup. Or some have used carbon fiber.

Start by tempering the cup.

I'm down for tempering, I know its a good thing to do on all metals. I have a reflow machine that hits 1800f deg.f. is this enough? I'm unsure of the temps for this alloy. Thanks!
