I finally got the chance to test out the DDM Dominator pipe on the Redcat Rampage MT. The pipe performed excellent, loads of bottom end and real good top end also. They should call it the DDM Beast. I also managed to pull of a perfect front flip. The truck held up really well and believe it or not I only broke one lower front suspension arm and lost one pin in the rear dog bone. After reading how brittle the stock body is I was surprised the stock body managed to stay in one piece.

Im waiting for my 30.5cc to arrive, will also use a DDM side pipe. But I think I will change that 25/35 gearing for something more like 29/31.
 
So far I have only lost a pin in the rear dogbone, everything else has held up nicely. I did order the pin retainer sleeves from Innovative so that should solve that issue. I was skeptical on running the CVD up front due some negative reviews but so far they are doing great. I am sure now that I have said that I will break something next time I go out. :)

that vid is wild. great editing, great driving. but lets give credit were credit is do. wifey behind the scene is awsome!! keepm up with the truck and isnt all over the place. the "on my!" comentary is pretty cute too.


so how many rugs did you take with you? i see them all lined up in the background. now THATS rc'ing. keep it up!
 
Well after trying to accomplish the same flip I broke the same part it seems (right steering hub) :D ! Oh well hopefully I can get replacements by saturday.
 
EXCELLENT vid, and go for the aluminum steering mounts, I broke 2 plastic right fronts already, now I have the alum and it's solid.
 
Thanks again guys!!Noyb,No brakes, I usually keep full throttle so I can land on all four wheels. This front flip like the one I did with the FG was just dumb luck, the rc gods must like me. Thanks kryptonite, yep the wife is awesome. I am a luck guy she understands my addiction and she loves filming. All my videos were filmed by her, she loves getting up close, into the action. She gets so close sometimes I actually hit her in the face once with my Titan, I will have to post that video one of these days. She is one tough cookie, she keeps coming back for more. As for the rigs, between me and my friend we had 8 out there. I brought my Rampage, Titan, Cleon, Leopard, and he brought his FG Beetle, Leopard, Hurricane C5, and Thunder Bolt II.
