Hi all, i just got a new rampage mt (version 3) and i also got the new tuned pipe from redcat.


was that pipe a good buy for the truck or would it be just the same as the stock one?

i don,t no if yhey fix,d thouse or not cheep alumanum.i like the sound of them ,wish they where made beter.
 
Ive used the Jet-pro, the DDM Side dom and have some experience with the Sprint77 Dom. I prefer the DDM Side dom out of those three, and they all will make more power than the Redcat Tuned pipe.
 
i ran it on my 30.5 esp mt,wasn't bad..just put the jet pro on and ran it yesterday..bottom end pretty much the same..mid throttle on up the jet pro takes off like a rocket..

To Anwser Your Question (imo)its Fine, And It Will Make More Power Than The Stock Muffler. Odviously A Jetpro Or Ddm Pipe Will Make More.but for the price the redcat is good.however The Redcat Pipes Are Proned To Cracking Near The Engine Flange In A Roll Over But You Can Help Avoid This By Cutting The Pipe And Putting A Silicone High Temp Coupler In With Some Clamps(like most nitros have). Or Just Keep It On All 4.

i had the stock pipe on mine and it sucked big time the tires would not burn out i couldnt do a donut iput the redcat tuned pipe on and i seen a massive amount of power increase it went from slow to just insane it burns out like crazy now and does donuts like crazy so i think it made a massive diffrence i cant wait to get the dominator if that makes an even bigger diffrence then all i can say is wow
