Rampage xb belt drive issues

Hi I have an xb with a belt drive and the bottom pulley keeps coming loose even with lock tight any suggestions will be much appreciated thx.

Clean both parts with alcohol. On the shaft, use a triangular file to make some indents in the flat spot. use a set screw with a cup instead of a point. Re-assemble with Red loctite. Let sit for 24 hours minimum.
