rampage xbe new motor options please help

looking into putting a big and bad ass motor and esc in my xbe but don t know what to get like to have some ideas from other people. thanks lefnut.

How fast do you want to go ?. How big is your budget ?. If you have at least $600 or more to spend I'd get the 7075 mount, castle xl2 and leopard 5692. Would be a great setup on 8s.

I run the same set-up with a CC1717. I run 10/48 and on a track and it is as fast as any other car out there. Good run time too.

I'm going with the leopard 5692, I have the engine already, Just gotta obtain all my 7075 rc stuff....

Mm and 1717 seems to be running cool.

I have a 1717 in a converted losi XXL. I've never been able to give it full throttle on 6S. Truck just flips over backwards. Even at 45 mph. I've been thinking of putting the 1717 in the XB-E to see what it does.
