Range on Hitec Aggressor

I have accomplished several missions with my new TT.


This one has got me. I am getting probably 100 feet of range, ok maybe 200.


Is this normal for FM?


My boys have AM Radios on their Traxxas cars, from my High School electronics, AM is line of sight and will go further than FM.


So if I go 2.4 how will that increase range?

Remember back in the day when you got your first rc car, and it had a wire attaching the remote to the car........well that is about the same range you get with the Aggressor....... Sorry about your luck.....but you should keep the pipe it rocks...Get yourself a Futaba 3pm best bang for your buck and you will love it...

Now say whaaaaaat?


OK so we have changed the steering servo within 1/2 hour of operation.


And I now know the radio has emphazima!


What else could happen? Well after turning back on after refueling, the motor servo froze up!

Froze up? Is it cold there? Servos suck.....Have you rolled it yet?


Rampages are pretty high maintenance.........until you work out all the bugs, after that theres nothing but fun. Read up on here you will find all the info you need.....

I didn't mean frozen because of the temperature. LOL


Frozen because it is junk, I will purchase the Hitech in the AM.


I just hope that is it for a while.


You have a TT V2?

AM radios are not good for 1/5 sclae gassers.


I have V1 MT & V1 TT, both are nearly bullet proof.....
