Finally got around to range testing my MT. Not sure if it has good distance
or not? I got 200-210ft with the telemetry system connected on my
DX3(converted from DX2) and 300-320ft without it being hooked up. Hope
that's a normal range? All I know is I could barely see it at that distance..

Here's the vid...:)

I was hoping for some action (like the car moving) :clown:

I think the distance is fine. I get mine out of a certain comfort zone and I start to get a little jittery for fear of control loss, regardless of the safeguards (killswitch & failsafe).

I'm the same way but the other day it went out of range and the truck shutoff which
means my kill switch works, that's good to know...lol :D
At least now I know the distance before I lose connection.

There's a couple spots out here in the high desert that are perfect for bashing but
you need a truck to get there. My brother has one but that means I'd have to let him
drive my baby....NOOOOOOO!...lol

When those go a distance and the killswitch kills the engine, it's a relief. Before I had a killswitch, I had my Baja get stuck for a second on full speed. It was a good football field length away. I stopped it and then just walked out to it to make sure all was well.
