my heart goes out to roman's family. if anything good could come from this it would be that we all take a closer look at our own safety practices. I've been flying heli's for about a year now and would be the first to admit that early on I did some really dumb stuff with mine. anyone thinking of trying their hand at this hobby should take some time looking though this thread on helifreak. http://www.helifreak.com/showthread.php?t=34727

i'm not trying to scare anyone away from the hobby. it can be great fun and very rewarding but as with our trucks and buggies also,safety should be our first concern.
