Got it ready to roll, switched the 25 35 gears around. Crazy top speed but a bit to sluggish for me even with the smaller wheels on. Ordering the 29 31 gears to try out.
 
You will like the other gear set better! I tried both sets with trenchers and the balance between torque and speed was decent with the 31/29/26/24
