I have already ordered the 5sc ss kit, outerwares covers for crankcase, pullstart, airfilter. futaba 3pk fasst radio. with spare reciever incase of issue.

I still need v1 killer bee, reciever battery, any recomendations? N/S at ddm.

Now this is where i need help the want list.
I want metal pull start cable, I want suspension limiting cables, blur quick release air filter with velocity stack built in.

theres probly other stuff I have seen and want but i forgot.
any suggestions on thing else you can think of?

Which Baja are you running, the 5B, 5T, or 5SC?

Looks like you've already got a good list of stuff already or in the mix. One thing to consider upgrading would be your steering servo, such as the Hitec 5755 - also the Darksoul Racing servo saver would be a nice addition to a new servo.

OK, from memory I think the KillerB v1 will NOT kill your engine on the 3rd channel, only v2 will do that. He also makes a steel pullstart cord, and suspension limiting cables. Those are all on this page.

I agree with Woodie, get a better steering servo, and make shure both it and the throttle/brake servo you get are digital. My stock steering servo wouldn't even turn the tires unless the car was moving. Then it died after less than 30 minutes of use when I hit a strafoam cup that was blowing down the road.lol Your 3PK should come from the factory set in HRS mode. HRS mode is only for digital servos, and will burn up analog servos like the stock steering servo. If you don't buy digital servos, you'll have to change it to PPM mode, but that's not hard at all. Digital servos will work in both PPM and HRS mode, they'll just respond faster in HRS mode.

I have the old style blurr filter setup, and I love it. Changing the air filter used to be the biggest pain. I got an extra adapter ring so I can keep another filter ready to go. Now I can change filters in less than 30 seconds, but I don't have to take the body off because I have a buggy. I also got the dust cover so I can replace the air filter with the dust cover before I blow off my car with compressed air. That put an end to all the crud between the filter and the gas tank.

Hop ups are a big problem. There are too many items you can buy for your Baja, and never enough money to get all the items you want. There are a couple things you should think about upgrading when you get the chance.

Clutch bearing carrier. I have the Turtle Racing setup and I havn't had a problem with my clutches since I bought it. The only question is which version do you need. The racing version is lighter, but you'll definantly need the enclosed version if you plan on running you truck in sand.

Dogbones The stock bones will bend and eventually brake. I got the Dark Soul "Meaty Bones", but they've got a new better version now.

WOW!! This post already looks like a novel. I guess I'll end it there before it gets WAY too long.

thanks

Thank you, I think I got everything figured out now. Now to order the stuff, that will be a different story. I never realized I forgot to say this is all for A baja 5sc ss kit which I hope to see this friday.

I talked with killer rc and the v1 is what I need.
The list has changed again, but I really appreciate your input.
