I need a new push mower. Must be self propelled with a bagger. The ones I have now do not bag worth a crap. And if the grass is a little long or a little moist, just forget it. Any recommendations from people?

Look at the cub cadets or a toro they're worth the $$$.
Currently have an older Yard Man, and a Toro with the variable walking speed self propel. The toro is the nicer to push but it's just a wimp! No power and does not bag well at all. Those are $500 - $600 mowers too! disappointing

I just have an old beater mower, starts 1st pull though! I never bag- I bought a mulching blade and use the grinder to put a razors edge from almost the center hole to the ends of the blade- kinda messy for a few hours till it dries out- but its free nitrogen for the lawn. Back east, so much moisture in the air-lawn- it helps to put the mower on its side and use the water hose nozzle to keep the underside of the deck clean- flows better clean-There is also a specal aerosol spray to use under the deck to help keep the clippings from loading up under the deck- you should see my lawn- the deer jump the cyclone fence during the heat of summer late at night to enjoy the lawn- they must have the munchies!l lol. oh- if the tips of the freshly cut grass are slightly shreddded-ripped, the blades too dull-- just saying----

Get a SuTech great mower for home owner with a 33 inch cutting deck and can buy a 3 cubic foot bagger for it.
The SuTechs look fantastic but my yard isn't big enough to justify that purchase! Unless I start cutting all my neighbors' yards for money!
