Recommended servos needed for steering and throttle

So for my Dunerunner I ordered a Hitec HS-805BB servo. Went to install it and figured out it doesn't have medal gears (not sure how much that matters but would have been nice) and the linkage on the steering doesn't fit the servo head. The stock servo head is bigger than the one on the HS-805BB. Couldn't figure out how to make it work so looks like I bought the wrong servo.


So I need to know what servo is a exact fit for the steering as well as for the throttle? Links would be very appreciated.

Here's the servo arm to get. Just replace plastic one for this. The hitec 805mg is the one with metal gears

The hitec 645 and 5645 are both great throttle servos

Thanks for the arm link. Will I be able to use the servo I have or should I buy the one with medal gears?

If I were you I would just run it till it dies. You already got it. The hitec 645 is 27 bucks at rcsuperstore and 39 for the 5645

Metal gears all the way, dude. You can use the servo arms that came with the servo. For throttle, a 645 or a 5645 will work. I run a 645.
