Does anyone run these? I break stock shocks every time I run.

Any info would be great.

Cheers!

I have them on my buggy and so far I am really impressed with them they seem to soak up the rough stuff pretty good.

what about switching to baja 5b shocks? Are they a direct fit?
I did this mod to mine. The fit is not 100% but they function well. nothing has broken since I installed them.

kun are you using the baja frount shock on the f/r
If memory serves me right, I put complete front SS shocks on the rear. Then I put SS inserts into the rear rampage housings and put those on the front.

The only problem is the shockend things are a tad short and this causes the springretainers to rest on the arms.

I run them on my truck and never had a problem at all.

Can't believe it 3 jumps and this happened. I jumped these same jumps 80 times more aggresively with my stock 5b and not once did I break the shocks.Oh, well. But man I was hoping to get a little more than 3 jumps out of them!

I can't wait a month or two for the Phat dads to come in.

Since it seems the weak point of mine is the rear stock rampage shocks. Can I just replace the rears with the HD 5b front shocks and continue to use the stock rampage front shocks? Or will this mess up geometry

thx
