Has anyone tried one of these pipes yet? How does if perform?
I agree, buying without someone we trust trying it could lead to a lot of us spending bucks for something that might not work. How does it perform low, mid and high range...how loud is it....things like that. The price is right..but that kind of scares me too! Good, well engineered pipes cost money. $79.00 seems too good to be true. I hope I am wrong.

Please keep us informed. My buggy will be here on Friday according to UPS. I plan to order a truck body and would like to add this pipe to the order if it's worth the $$$$

Thanks,

reminds me of the FS truggy pipe(modified)

I think the pipe is good. It was made by the manufacturers at the factory specifically for the rampage. It bolts right on;its a rear pipe (which is good);you don't need to cut any part of the body to install; it will give the engine the necessary HP to boost engine performance;it sure beats the x-can(my personal opinion) and its priced right for the US market. It definately costs twice redcat's selling price @ my end of the world. Go for it guys! The waiting period for a good pipe is over! :D

Thanks for the thoughts. I just may have to get one and try it for myself.

Does it improve performance down low or on the top end?

Thanks,

I just got done running my MT with the Redcat pipe and it is a lot better than an x-can. I think its a good all around pipe because it improved the bottom and top end power. Here is a short video I took about an hour ago.

Now that is something I want! I have the X-Can and it is a good pipe option but I want to try this one and compare the two.

Thanks,
According to the MT manufacturers, the pipe should give both low end torque and overall top end speeds.

Nitroburn, thanks for being the first to fit and display the pipe for us all to see here on the forum. The pipe fits nicely and and gives your truck a sleek look.Video too is top notch. Why not get the axle extenders from Rob to give the truck a sleeker look?

Defiantly a pipe will perform better than the can. It is an all around pipe compeered to the can. And the can is better than stock.
