Anyone knows how REDCAT handles there warranties? My nephew just tested his TT electronics yesterday for the first time out of the box and his steering servo is not returning to center and it vibrates. I know we have to upgrade on this but its a lemon servo out of the box. Please if anyone has experience REDCATS services how was it, and there procedures?

My throttle servo did the same thing. Didn't even bother with the warranty.


Best thing to do is fill out warranty form from website if you are gonna pursue it.

I had servo issues and fires right out of the box. While the service I got from themn was nothing short of outstanding the 2 sets of replacement servos i got were junk. Was not ablke to run trouble free with the truck untill i swapped them all for Hitecs for steering and a futaba for throttle / brake
 
Hey guys I don't think redcat supplies us with anything junky they come from overseas that way, blame the chinese for dropping the ball. :)
