can someone tell what this vehicle is, seems to be a rampage but with different a paint scheme?

The factory ships different paint schemes to each distributor. Its a Redcat underneath. That is the UK version I believe.

ahh, just bought this model then found this site and noticed all the ones in the states are blue and white, thought it may have been some sort of clone.
